It turned out so well and was so easy. I was concerned about the quantity of sugar (I don\u2019t care for dishes too sweet) and had intended to add a bit of lemon juice to the berries but forgot. I\u2019m glad I didn\u2019t as the dish was perfect. Normally, I use a biscuit-type topping for cobblers but I doubt I\u2019ll do so again. This topping is perfect for many fruits. I can\u2019t wait to try it with peaches. (Oh, I did double the cornstarch since my berries were frozen. The consistency was perfect.)<\/p>\n<p>To make this Recipe You\u2019Il Need:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 1\/2 c <a href=\"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/blackberry-cobbler\/\">blackberries<\/a>, washed<\/p>\n<p>1 c sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 c flour<\/p>\n<p>2 t baking powder<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 t salt<\/p>\n<p>1 c milk<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 c unsalted butter, melted<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to make it :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stir together just the berries and sugar in a large bowl and let it sit out for 25-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375?. Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, and milk with a wooden spoon. Next, stir in the melted butter and hand-mix it until the ingredients are well incorporated and you have few clumps. Pour batter into medium baking dish and smooth it out. You can choose to line it with parchment paper or not, but don\u2019t grease the pan.
