These sliders are a good mix of ground beef, green peppers, mushrooms and onions in a light gravy that are enhanced with a sprinkling of Italian cheese. For a more basic mix of mushrooms and beef try our Mushroom Swiss Burger Sliders.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>12 King\u2019s Hawaiian rolls<\/li>\n<li>1 box Thinly sliced steak (found in frozen food section)<\/li>\n<li>1 Green pepper, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 Onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>6 slices Provolone cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp Mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp Butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; Pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>Order Ingredients Powered by Chicory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions :<\/h3>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F<\/p>\n<p>Separate the tops and bottoms of your rolls and place the bottoms in an 11\u2033 x 7\u2033 casserole dish. Cook the steak meat in a skillet, adding<\/p>\n<p>salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Place the steak aside,<\/p>\n<p>Saute the pepper and onions until they are tender.<\/p>\n<p>Prep the bread by spreading a thin layer of mayo on the tops and bottoms of the rolls.<\/p>\n<p>When the meat, onions and peppers have finished cooking spread the steak, then peppers, and onions evenly over the bottom pieces of bread in the casserole dish.<\/p>\n<p>Place a layer of provolone cheese over the peppers and onions.<\/p>\n<p>Place the top pieces of bread on top of the cheese and then brush the tops of the bread with a mix of melted butter and finally diced onions.<\/p>\n<p>Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes (or until cheese is melted).<\/p>\n<p>Cut and serve.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We enjoy easy recipes that mix vegetables with ground beef to make a complete meal with as few dirty dishes as possible.
