Let the yeast rise and begin to activate while you prepare the other ingredients. (Not necessary, but I prefer this to using cold milk straight from the fridge).<\/p>\n<p>Using a stand mixer or food processor, combine flour, egg, 1\/3 cup melted butter and salt.<\/p>\n<p>Add milk mixture and mix until smooth; it will be stickier and wetter than regular bread dough. Placing dough in grease bowl, turning dough to greased all sides, &amp; covering with towel.<\/p>\n<p>Let rise until doubled in volume. When the dough has doubled, degas it and turn it over on a floured board. Let stand 10 minutes. Roll out the dough into a large flat rectangle about 1\/2 inch thick.<\/p>\n<p>Cutting to 16 portions with sharp knife &amp; placing on greased baking sheet &amp; let rise again to doubled<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Baking rolls about 10 min on greased baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>They will be light brown when they come out of the oven.
