I have no idea where I got this recipe from, but that was about thirty years ago and it\u2019s been a family favorite ever since. The cooking time is a little longer if you use frozen berries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b01 C butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00b02 C white sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00b02 egg<\/li>\n<li>\u00b01 C sour cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00b01 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>\u00b01\u2009\u215d cup all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00b01 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 \u00bc tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 \u00bd cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li class=\"row\">\u00b0 \u00bd cup chopped pecans<\/li>\n<li class=\"row\">\u00b0 1 tablespoon icing sugar for dusting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"row\"><strong>* Step by step :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"row\">Preheat oven 350 degrees F . Butter and flour a 9 inch Bundt pan.In bowl, cream butter and sugar to light and fluffy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"row\">Beat in eggs one at a time, &amp; stir in sour cream \/ vanilla. Blend flour, baking powder also salt; stir to batter to mixed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"row\">Stirring in blueberries.<\/p>\n<p>Pour half of batter to prepared pan. In bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon \/\/ pecans. Sprinkling half of this mix on batter in pan.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the rest of the pecan mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Using a knife or thin spatula to swirl sugar layer to the cake.Bake 55 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into the crown of the cake comes out clean.<\/p>\n<p>Cool in pan on wire rack. Invert onto a serving platter and pat firmly to remove from skillet. Sprinkling with icing sugar just before serve .
