{"id":24698,"date":"2022-03-14T23:20:51","date_gmt":"2022-03-14T23:20:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=24698"},"modified":"2022-03-14T23:20:51","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T23:20:51","slug":"easy-cinnamon-roll-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=24698","title":{"rendered":"Easy Cinnamon Roll Bread."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"63d509947b33dea96ed9a09b2482b63d\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<p>Easy Cinnamon Roll Bread.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BREAD:<\/p>\n<p>2 cups all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1 tablespoon baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sugar<br \/>\n1 egg, room temperature<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br \/>\n1\/3 cup plain greek yogurt, or sour cream<\/p>\n<p><strong>SWIRL:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/3 cup sugar<br \/>\n2 teaspoons cinnamon<br \/>\n2 tablespoons of melted and cooled slightly butter, (or you can use water if you don\u2019t like butter)<\/p>\n<p><strong>GLAZE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup powdered sugar<br \/>\n2 \u2013 3 teaspoons cream or milk (as needed for consistency)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 F then butter or spray a glass loaf pan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Whisk in a small bowl the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar then set aside.<\/p>\n<p>3. Pick a large bowl this time and whisk in together the egg, milk, vanilla, and yogurt or sour cream then add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir with a spoon just until combined. Once done, pour into the prepared loaf pan.<\/p>\n<p>4. Stir the Swirl ingredients together in a small bowl. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the top of the bread and swirl a knife a couple of times into the batter. (Make sure not to overmix it).<\/p>\n<p>5. Bake until the center tests done with a toothpick, for about 45 to 50 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>6. Remove from the oven; let cool for 15 minutes in the pan on a wire rack then tranfer it to a rack to cool completely.<\/p>\n<p>7. To make the Glaze, you should whisk the ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth then add a dab of milk at a time until a good drizzling consistency is reached.
