Enjoy perfectly crispy bites flavored with your favorite seasonings<\/p>\n<div class=\"ccm-section-ingredients ingredients\">\n<h3 class=\"ccm-head\">INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ccm-section\">\n<ul class=\"ccm-section-items\">\n<li>8 cups water<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon salt<\/li>\n<li>2 large russet potatoes, sliced to \u215b inch thick<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ccm-section\">\n<div class=\"ccm-section-title\">Serving<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ccm-section-items\">\n<li>Fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>French onion dip<\/li>\n<li>Chip dip, your favorite<\/li>\n<li>Ketchup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ccm-section-instructions instructions\">\n<h3 class=\"ccm-head\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ccm-section\">\n<p>Pour water into large bowl, add the salt and stir until the salt is dissolved.<\/p>\n<p>Thinly slice the potatoes to 1\/8 inch thick. Using a mandolin slicer is highly recommended.<\/p>\n<p>Soak the potatoes in the saltwater for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Drain the potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the Air Fryer to 330\u00b0F for 5 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Add potato slices to the large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and toss with clean hands until coated.<\/p>\n<p>Layer the potatoes in the preheated air fryer.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the potatoes at 330\u00b0F for 20-25 minutes or until desired browning. Make sure to shake the basket halfway through cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately season the potatoes with salt when done cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0NOTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ccm-section\">\n<p>Drying &#8211; it\u2019s easiest to line a large cookie sheet with paper towel and layer the potatoes between sheet of paper towels<\/p>\n<p>Cooking potatoes that are close to the same size is best, if possible.
