Cooking pasta in boil water to tender.<\/p>\n<p>2. Drain the pasta, keeping half of the cooking water.<\/p>\n<p>3. Meanwhile, you can heat the oil (from the jar of dried tomatoes) in a large frying pan.<\/p>\n<p>4. Adding garlic and cooingk for 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>5. Add prawns and salt and saut\u00e9 until prawns are cooked.<\/p>\n<p>6. Remove the shrimp to a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>7. Lower the heat a little.<\/p>\n<p>8. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to make the sauce.<\/p>\n<p>9. Cook for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>10. Stir in reserved pasta cooking liquid, cheese, cream, paprika and salt.<\/p>\n<p>11. If using dried basil, add it now.<\/p>\n<p>12. Continue to cook and stir until it begins to thicken.<\/p>\n<p>13. Now incorporate the prawns into the sauce as well as the pasta.<\/p>\n<p>14. If using fresh basil, add it now.<\/p>\n<p>15.
