It\u2019s a great way to use up overripe bananas it is tender and packed full of flavor!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup shortening<\/li>\n<li>1 cup mashed banana (about 3 or 4 bananas)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups white sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>2 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"td_btn td_btn_sm td_outlined_btn\">1 )<\/span>\u00a0Cream shortening and add sugar gradually, mix in eggs and banana.
