They are soooo delicious!!! The crumbly shortbread dough and flavorful lemon cream make them taste unforgettable\u2026 I also completely agree with the statement that lemon pastries lift your spirits<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>220g soft butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 cups of flour<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>For the lemon cream:<\/li>\n<li>6 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 cups sugar<\/li>\n<li>zest of 3-4 lemons<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 cup flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions :<\/h2>\n<p><strong>STEP 1\/8<br \/>\n<\/strong>Cream butter and sugar until whipped.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 2\/8<br \/>\n<\/strong>Gradually sprinkle in sifted flour and salt. Continue to whisk on low speed<br \/>\nuntil crumbly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 3\/8<br \/>\n<\/strong>Place the dough on a greased sheet of parchment or foil in a mold and flatten evenly.<br \/>\nPlace the dough in the mold in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 4\/8<br \/>\n<\/strong>Bake the cooled dough in the oven for 15-20 minutes until light brown. Remove<br \/>\nOut of the oven and cool for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 5\/8.<br \/>\n<\/strong>For the lemon cream, beat the eggs with the sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest.<br \/>\nLemon squares (Lemon Bars)<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 6\/8.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Gradually add flour. Mix until a smooth, liquid consistency is reached.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 7\/8<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pour the lemon layer onto the cooled crust. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 8\/8<br \/>\n<\/strong>Take the mold with the finished cakes out of the oven and allow to cool\u2026.
