Ready in 15 minutes. A simple, brief and delicious dish.Alternate sauces and pasta as you like.In the notes below and the text before the recipe, some thoughts flashed through my mind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredient\u00a0 is used to make pasta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b0 300 g to 500 g pasta (see note)<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00b0 water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To make the cherry tomato sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b0 600 g cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 1 liter\u00a0 four tablespoons<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 high-quality olive oil, as much as 100 ml<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 2 cloves minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 \u00bd salt,<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 \u00bd teaspoon freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 teaspoon sugar optional<\/li>\n<li>\u00b0 A few leaves of fresh basil or the like, or to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grated Parmesan cheese optional<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Directions :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cooking pasta:<\/p>\n<p>Bring a big quantity of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti in step with package deal instructions.Save 1 cup (250 ml) of spaghetti water (you can\u2019t use up all the water, but the more the better!)<\/p>\n<p>Describe the rest.<\/p>\n<p>To make cherry tomato sauce:Over medium warmth, heat olive oil in a big saucepan or skillet.If you want to reduce the acidity of tomatoes, you can add cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar.Simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are tender on all sides.<\/p>\n<p>After about five minutes, some tomatoes will begin to burst.Squeeze the tomatoes with a fork until they are lightly mashed to allow the juice to drain.Remove from the warmth and add the basil.<\/p>\n<p>Taste and modify seasonings.<\/p>\n<p>Put the pasta in the pot, stir in the pasta and sauce.<\/p>\n<p>If necessary, add some water from the specific cooking water to thicken the sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Throw to collect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serve:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Divide cherry tomato pasta into 4 bowls.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy !<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pasta with cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil sauce.
