{"id":24092,"date":"2022-01-21T23:30:41","date_gmt":"2022-01-21T23:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=24092"},"modified":"2022-01-21T23:31:56","modified_gmt":"2022-01-21T23:31:56","slug":"creamy-garlic-butter-parmesan-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/?p=24092","title":{"rendered":"CREAMY GARLIC BUTTER PARMESAN CHICKEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"63d509947b33dea96ed9a09b2482b63d\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1554417\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n<p>Very flavorful chicken that you will want to make again, and the fact that it is so easy and quick being made in a skillet is a big plus as well.<\/p>\n<h3>2 large chicken breasts<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Breading:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 tbsp\u00a0<strong>Gluten-Free Bake Mix 2<\/strong>, OR almond flour (60 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, kind in a canister (30 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>1<\/sup>\/<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>tsp salt (2 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>1<\/sup>\/<sub>4\u00a0<\/sub>tsp black pepper (1 mL)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Garlic Butter Parmesan Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp butter (30 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tbsp crushed garlic (45 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1<sup>1<\/sup>\/<sub>4\u00a0<\/sub>cups chicken stock (300 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup whipping cream (250 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>1<\/sup>\/<sub>4\u00a0<\/sub>cup grated Mozzarella cheese (60 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (30 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>1<\/sup>\/<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>tsp dried cilantro, OR dried parsley (2 mL)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro, OR parsley (10 mL)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slice chicken breasts in half longitudinally.\u00a0\u00a0In small bowl, combine Gluten-Free Bake Mix 2, OR almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper.\u00a0\u00a0Using a spoon, spoon mix on both sides of chicken cutlets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In hot olive oil, in large frying pan, place all chicken cutlets and cook on both sides, turning frequently until golden brown and almost cooked throughout.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Garlic Butter Parmesan Sauce:\u00a0<\/strong>In another frying pan, in butter, and over medium low heat stir fry garlic until turning golden.\u00a0\u00a0Add chicken stock, whipping cream, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese along with dried cilantro, OR dried parsley.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Cook until cheeses are mixed in well and melted.\u00a0\u00a0Add chicken and cook in the sauce 1 to 2 minutes, until the chicken is tender and white throughout when cutting into a piece. Make sure not to overcook the chicken.\u00a0\u00a0Check it!
