For chimichangas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">6 (8-inch) soft flour tortillas<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature)<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">2 Tablespoon sour cream<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 Tablespoon sugar<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">3\/4 cups sliced strawberries<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Vegetable oil-for frying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>2. For coating:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 Tablespoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1\/3 cup sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Beat cream cheese , sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and vanilla extract .<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Fold in 3\/4 cup of sliced fresh strawberries.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Divide the mixture evenly between 6 tortillas. Slather the filling in the lower third of each tortilla, fold the two sides of each tortilla toward the center and then roll the tortilla up like a burrito (secure it with a toothpicks!) .<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Combine 1\/3 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a shallow bowl and set aside.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Line a large plate with paper towels.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">In about 5 inch deep saucepan place about 2 -2\u00bd inch vegetable oil for frying and heat it over medium-high heat until it reaches 360\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Fry the chimichangas until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes and flip them as needed (work in batches)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Transfer the chimichangas to the paper towel on a plate to drain for a minute, then roll them in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Don\u2019t forget to remove all toothpicks from the chimichangas!!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas Ingredients: 1.
