This is it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I have made this for many years and it never fails to get raves and requests for the recipe.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-24018 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mrhealthyalternative.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/256366812_440788244073738_4263826893593395958_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>QUEEN\u2019S CASSEROLE<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Serves 8 \u2013 10 people.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">May be frozen and reheated<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">4 lbs. Very lean stewing beef cut into 1-1\/2\u201d cubes<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (use low-sodium, low-fat if you desire)<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 cup Cream Sherry (Not cooking sherry)<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 package dry onion soup mix<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 large can mushrooms, stems and pieces including juice or2 small<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Freshly ground black pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Place all of the ingredients in a large casserole or roaster sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and mix thoroughly<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Cover casserole and place in a 325-degree oven for three hours or until meat is fork tender. If sauce becomes too thick during cooking, add a little hot beef broth or water.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Remove from oven, stir and serve.<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">Wonderful served over long grain and wild rice or noodles.
