Knead for 6-8 minutes.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Rest in the fridge for two hours.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">If you don\u2019t have pasta machines or hand rollers, just roll it out very thin with a rolling pin, dusting and coating the dough with flour so it\u2019s not sticky.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Sprinkle with flour again (the more the merrier so your pasta doesn\u2019t stick to itself).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Cut the flat pasta in the sections about 15cm wide.
