Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll up, tucking the edges. Lay seam side down in prepared dish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\"><strong>2.<\/strong> In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and water.
