An impressive meal in one pot that\u2019s perfect for feeding a crowd!<\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u00a0lemons\u00a0divided use<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0cup\u00a0Old Bay seasoning\u00a0plus more for garnish<\/li>\n<li>8\u00a0cloves\u00a0garlic\u00a0smashed<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0onion\u00a0peeled and cut into 6 pieces<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0pound\u00a0small Yukon gold potatoes\u00a0halved<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0ears\u00a0corn on the cob\u00a0cut into 3-4 inch pieces<\/li>\n<li>3\u00a0lobster tails<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0pound\u00a0clams\u00a0scrubbed<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0pound\u00a0crab legs\u00a0pre-cooked<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0pound\u00a0smoked sausage\u00a0cut into 1 inch pieces, kielbasa or andouille are preferred<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0pound\u00a0shrimp\u00a0peeled and deveined (leave tails on)<\/li>\n<li>3\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0butter<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0chopped parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>INSTRUCTIONS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Cut 2 of the lemons into quarters. Slice the remaining lemon into wedges and reserve the wedges for garnish.<\/li>\n<li>Fill a large pot with 14-16 cups of water. Place the 2 quartered lemons in the water along with the Old Bay seasoning, garlic and onion. Bring to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the clams, crab, and corn, and cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the shrimp and sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Drain the seafood mixture from the pot, reserving 1 cup of the broth.<\/li>\n<li>Melt the butter in a small bowl and whisk it into the reserved broth. Pour the broth over the seafood mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
