Add the\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">warm milk and the fermentation flour,\u00a0<\/span>mix together and allow to rest covered for 15 minutes or let rise\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">until doubled<\/span>.<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0Add\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">the rest of ingredients and beat until smooth. Stir in enough flour to form soft dough.\u00a0<\/span>Turn out dough onto a floured surface and\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">roll into a\u00a0<\/span>16 x 12 inch<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0rectangle.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Spread the cream cheese and the rest of the filling over the dough.<br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Roll up<\/span>\u00a0and cut into 1 inch rounds.<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0Place, on a greased baking sheet and let it rise again till doubles.\u00a0<\/span>When dough is ready, brush top with egg wash and sprinkle some parmesan cheese.<span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/>\nBake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to a wire rack.
