Ingredients
600ml of warm milk
4 spoons of sugar[soup]
1 tablespoon of salt[soup]
45 grams of fresh yeast
100 ml of oil
2 tablespoons of margarine[soup]
3 whole eggs
Preparation mode:
Add 1kg of wheat flour in the bowl, knead well until it does not stick to your hands, add flour until it is very malleable, this dough must be very elastic and soft, not sticking, separate little balls on the average of 50gs each and shape the little tubes , let it rise until it doubles in volume, bake in a medium oven for 35 minutes, do not let it brown too much, otherwise it will lose its softness.
