Sausage and creamy Hashbrown Casserole

*ingredients :

  • °200 grams onion
  • °2 garlic cloves
  • °10 g olive oil
  • °10 Potatoes (approximately)
  • °500 gram water
  • °3 tbsp. heavy cream
  • °1 c. to s milk
  • °pepper
  • °Red pepper
  • °5 smoked sausages
  • °150g grated kuté

* Preparation steps :

Peel the onions and chop.

Peel the garlic cloves, remove and chop.

Fry them in a little olive oil along with the onions.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and pre-cook them in water with a bouquet garni, for about 10 minutes.

When the onions are cooked, spread a layer on the bottom of the gratin dish.

Arrange a row of potatoes and then arrange the sliced ​​sausage on top.

Sprinkle with a few peeled Comté shavings.

In a bowl, whisk together fresh cream, milk, pepper, and paprika.

Pour preparation on sausage, & divided  row potatoes again.

Sprinkle with grated kumti and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
