Our Homemade Hamburger or Cheeseburger Guide describes 4 essential techniques to master making a competitive burger, prepared by you from the ground up: a mixture of ground beef “chili” for a juicy, delicious steak; Brioche burger bun or not, to be chosen from different recipes;

* Ingredients for 4 people :

  • °2 pizza dough
  • °100 grams minced meat
  • °3 small fish covered with rusk
  • °2 slices cheddar cheese
  • °1 slice of edam
  • °6 pieces of chicken nuggets
  • °Sesame seeds
  • °3 cherry tomatoes
  • °2 pickles
  • °1/2 onion
  • °2 egg yolks
  • °burger sauce
  • °Tartar sauce
  • °mayonnaise
  • °mustard
  • °ketchup

Step 1/3

 Spread pizza dough on an ice cube tray and shape each cube with your fingers.

Step 2/3

Put in a row of ice cubes a piece of ground beef, a piece of cheddar, a slice of pickle, ketchup and mustard. In the second row we put a piece of minced meat, a piece of cheddar cheese, half a cherry tomato and a burger sauce. In the third row, put a piece of cooked nugget, a piece of edam and some mayonnaise. We finish with a row of breaded fish, chopped onions, and tartar sauce.

Step 3/3

Cover pan with a second pizza dough, pressing down to solder and cut off excess. Unroll everything on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Grease it with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut between each cube and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy with fries and sauce.
