Easy Dog Delicious

INGREDIENTS

2 packages of dry biological yeast
5 tablespoons of sugar
4 eggs
250ml of warm milk
250 ml of oil
1 tablespoon of margarine
1kg of wheat flour
salt to taste
cooked sausages

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Cook and cut the sausages into 6 pieces, vertically and horizontally.
In a bowl, place the milk, oil, eggs, margarine, sugar, salt and yeast and mix well.
Add the wheat flour little by little, stirring until you get a homogeneous dough that comes off your hands.
Knead the dough well and let it rest for about 1 hour.
Take small pieces of dough, roll out, cut into a rectangle and roll the sausage into the dough.
Place the rolled up in a form. It is not necessary to grease.
Brush lightly beaten yolks and place in a preheated medium oven until golden.
