EASY Cheese Bread Cake


3 eggs
1 cup of whole milk
½ cup of oil
150g grated parmesan cheese
3 cups of sweet powder
salt to taste
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup of curd (pasty)


In a blender, beat eggs, milk, oil and 100g of Parmesan cheese.

Transfer to a bowl.

Gradually add the sweet powder, the salt and finally the powdered yeast.

Arrange half of the mixture in a mold with a hole in the middle, greased with butter and sprinkled with all-purpose flour.

Arrange the curd, taking care not to touch the edges of the pan and cover with the remaining dough.

Cover with the remaining Parmesan cheese and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve hot.
