- Organic banana – 1
- Water – small pot
- Cinnamon – optional
Start by cutting both banana ends and put the banana and its peel into boiling water. Allow it to boil for approximately 10 minutes. Next, pour the water into a cup. Use colander for this. You can sprinkle some cinnamon if you like. Drink the tea one hour prior to going to bed.
