solSurely you’ve heard many times about how salt is unhealthy. However, our bodies can`t live without salt. Then what kind of salt should we consume, and in what quantities? Salt or sodium chloride (NaCl) has an important role in our bodies physiological processes and is essential for life and health. All body fluids – blood, sweat, saliva and tears are salty.

Our body can`t produce salt so we must consume it through our food.
